Become a corporate partner
The Art Room welcomes support from inspired organisations that share our vision of using art and creative practice to help children learn and thrive.
Each year, we work closely with committed corporate partners who help The Art Room reach and engage with children who are experiencing significant challenges in their lives.
In return, we offer our corporate partners wide-ranging brand positioning and staff engagement opportunities. These could include:
- tailored recognition – online and in print
- invitations and access to special events
- visits to Art Room studios
- use of Art Room images in corporate materials
- creative and artistic team building workshops for teams
A number of highly valued supporters help The Art Room to reach more children in need of support, providing us with everything from critical funds to invaluable advice.
A major highlight recently has been our partnership with ‘100 Women in Finance’ (formerly 100 Women in Hedge Funds).
Culminating with a spectacular Gala Dinner at the V&A, this philanthropic network raised over £460K in one year for The Art Room.
Columbia Threadneedle Foundation has been a Principal Corporate Partner of The Art Room since 2013. Their sustained support has helped to build capacity in our existing Art Rooms and to invest in the development of a postgraduate certificate in Art Room practice. Their long-term commitment to The Art Room goes beyond a monetary partnership; Columbia Threadneedle has provided invaluable active support in the form of creative partnerships, strategic advice and employee involvement.
As a Principal Corporate Partner, Columbia Threadneedle Foundation invests in charities that create positive social impact by delivering measurable improvement to individual lives and bringing benefits to the broader community over the longer term.
Columbia Threadneedle Foundation supports charities that use the arts, sport and education to engender lasting social change, helping to address critical social issues and work with disadvantaged or marginalised people. With an innovative approach to philanthropy, they work with The Art Room to maximise their impact through creative partnerships.
The Charities Forum
The Art Room is honoured to be a member of The Charities Forum, a collection of charities privileged to have either The Duke or Duchess of Cambridge or Prince Harry as Patron.
Started by The Duke of Cambridge and Prince Harry in 2006, the Forum is a way to bring together their charitable interests, explore how they can best lend their support and to promote collaboration between the organisations they support.
The Forum, which comprises more than 30 organisations, combines the experience and diversity of its Forum members with the profile of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry to generate ideas and look at how best to influence the charitable sector.
